5. Orders and Order Acceptance

We may contact you to verify details, especially for COD orders. An order may be declined or cancelled where there is a genuine reason, such as suspected fraud, a material listing error, an unavailable product, or an inability to deliver to the address.

If a prepaid payment has been collected for an order that we cancel, we will arrange an appropriate refund. We will communicate material order issues and will not use this section to avoid obligations under applicable law.

6. Payments

MiniTrendz accepts COD and the prepaid payment options made available at checkout.

For prepaid transactions, payment processing is handled through the relevant payment provider. For COD orders, the customer must pay the confirmed amount when the parcel is delivered.

Please check the order summary before completing your purchase. Never share your UPI PIN, card PIN, banking password, or one-time password with anyone claiming to process a MiniTrendz order or refund.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days, and delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch.

8. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Order cancellation requests may be made before dispatch. Return requests for eligible products may generally be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Nothing in these terms removes a consumer's statutory rights.

You may use the website for personal shopping and lawful browsing. You may not reproduce or commercially use website content without permission from the relevant rights holder, except where permitted by law.

Changes will not remove rights that have already accrued to customers under applicable law.
